"Appointment confusion"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / General medicine

(as the patient),

Had two appointments at clinical imaging cancelled, given another, turned up to discover I should have attended the previous week. Insufficient explanation on appt. letters. No phone call to confirm.
