"Great practice "

I have never had a problem with this surgery. People need to complain about the littlest things.. They expect the doctors to work over time and the receptionist to give out appointments 24/7.

All these people on the reviews keep blaming the receptionist for not being able to get an appt.

Every time i have called i have been signposted to either call the 7 day access or 111 which is understandable if there is no appointments. I have seen the staff working very hard and dealing with patients abuse at reception everyone at john street are fantastic and deserve more respect. Its stupid people calling at stupid times expecting the doctors and recp staff to drop everything and fulfil their needs.
