I have been a patient here for a long time and nurses and doctors are great if you are lucky enough to see them. Unfortunately you have to deal with the receptionists first, after waiting on hold for ages, you will get through to reception staff who are really difficult, don't listen to a word you say and have no empathy which is hugely frustrating. Even attending in person the service is no better.
