"Helpful and thorough"

I have not actually seen a doctor or visited the surgery for months, pre-lockdown in fact. When I did go to the surgery, I received good, reassuring attention regarding a suspected clot in my leg. I was pre-diabetic, and the clinician was encouraging and the booklets very helpful and well set out.

Since lockdown, the nurse has come to my home for blood tests arranged by the surgery, and there has been a thorough follow-up to YDH specialist visits relating to TIA in January, and glaucoma emergency in February.

The surgery pharmacist has been very helpful in addressing my problems with administering drugs and drops, due to arthritic fingers, and the confusion following the TIA.

Telephoning has become much quicker and easier - so grateful for that!
