"FELT LIKE AN INDIVIDUAL"

Felt straight at ease when met at the door, nice clean shinny unit, calm and peaceful. The staff made me feel like I was the only one that mattered although there were others, took their time to explain everything which made me feel reassured. Nothing came as a shock as it had been explained, they gave me garments to maintain my dignity throughout the process. I met the consultant before had who listened to past history before conducting the colonoscopy, they gave me medication so I was able to watch on the screen but didn't feel anything.

To sum it up this experience was like a private hospital ! With tea and biscuits afterwards. Pain free during recovery and at home. Thank you all so much.
