"Help with my voice"

About: North Manchester General Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

I had seen an ENT doctor about a problem with my voice for a few months  and he referred me for voice therapy. I had expected this wouldn't be possible during the covid pandemic and I would be on a waiting list  but within  a short time I was contacted and  I received a course of 4 sessions with a therapist at North Manchester over a video appointment system on my phone. This worked really well and I had the choice of several appointment times and I  have fully recovered with her help from the comfort and safety of my own home.   After my experience I don't see why other services cannot take on this method also.
