Some of doctors are great but overall the practice doesn’t take appropriate care for their patients. If you have any pain they will send you to A&E or will urge you to fill online form (useless). Doctors give you advice by telephone call, ridiculous! Friend of mine at other GP practice had been invited for blood test every year (doesn’t matter COVID) without having any long term condition. Since I registered at Amersham Vale practice, I have to beg to get a test form although I have a congenital long term condition.
I am considering to leave this practice!
