"Disappointing "

About: Saffron Walden Community Hospital

On the face of it it worked well, friendly staff etc but my appointments with Addenbrooke’s were not booked in which was rather awkward on arriving at the hospital. No one told me I needed to have had a covid test before being induced which again was embarrassing and then my sons first heel prick test results were lost. Really not good.

Thank you for letting us know about your experiences - I am sorry that they were not positive (apart from the friendly staff) and there were some shortcomings in the communication and care provided. If you would like us to look into these issues in more detail and respond to you personally, please contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01223 216756 or email pals@addenbrookes.nhs.uk.
