I had a continuous bad cough that lingered on for nearly 10 years which the previous practitioners could not diagnose correctly, they thought it was asthma and also referred me for two chest x rays which didn't show any negative results. However, over the years I started to notice I was getting heartburn (acid reflux) more often at night and thought it was just mild indigestion.
It was only until the current practitioners assume control that led to the correct diagnosis; acid reflux, if I continue to take the medication prescribed the cough is virtually non existent. Also the reception staff appear more polite, helpful & efficient than before.
"Persistent cough"
