The practice is very prepared and spaced for Covid. The waiting room however had no ventilation. However, I was called in by the nurse for my blood test and her room was well ventilated. She was very professional and I hardly felt the blood test. Brilliant.

Thank you very much for your feedback, and very pleased you were generally happy with your appointment. We do aim to keep a window open in each of our waiting rooms to aid ventilation, but find that sometimes patients close them if there is a draught. I will remind my team to keep their eye on the windows.
