"Great Surgery Manager"

I haven't been into visit the surgery but recently contacted the surgery manager via email about an issue I had. She dealt with it professionally and politely. She was patient and extremely kind. I feel if a surgery manager is great the surgery is bound to be too. I have had one problem with a receptionist here at the beginning but the Manager and the staff have since restored my faith in the surgery. I have since never been disappointed. It's unfair to judge just a place just because of one bad experience. I have never had an issue with this surgery since. The staff are always polite and so are the doctors, the nurses are always very compassionate.
