(as a service user),

Coming into this unit I was made to feel welcomed by staff 100%. Very helpful, very understanding. staff made sure to pass on messages from my family phoning and nothing seemed to much trouble. the unit was spotless.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback via care opinion. I can only imagine how worrying it must have been coming in to hospital. It is great to hear that you felt welcomed and supported.

It is never easy being unwell in hospital but it is even more difficult just now with the restrictions of visits from family and friends. I am delighted to hear that staff ensured that you were kept up to date with your family messages.

I hope you are now feeling better and on the road to recovery.
