I phoned dead on 8am for an appointment for my 16 year old daughter on Monday and eventually got through after a 20 minute wait. I was told she would have a phone call. At 5pm I called again as there had been no callback. Yes, she was still on the list! 2 days later, still no call so i phoned for a third time as my daughter has severe anxiety and depression and i am worried about her. I was told that yet again she would be put on the list for a duty doctor to call and still no callback. This is appalling especially when teenagers are hurting themselves or worse during this awful time. I am so angry 😡 and I am still worried about my daughter's mental health, especially as she is returning to college next week.

We would welcome the opportunity to investigate the issue around your complaint. In order that we can review and learn from the issues you raised, We would very much appreciate you getting in touch with the practice so we can look into your specific complaint. It is always very difficult for us to investigate a situation when our patient who have a justified complaint, such as yourself, remains anonymous.
