(as a relative),

Had to phone for an emergency ambulance for my dad who was unwell. First responder Ryan turned up and provided excellent and professional care. Ryan was very knowledgeable in the care he was providing. He was so calm and made the situation so much better when he arrived. The paramedic and technician then arrived a while later who were Frances and Chris and the care and attention they gave my dad was excellent. Again very knowledgeable and so professional. Thanks to all involved who made a very emotional and scary situation better for all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to read that your father had reason to use our services. I hope that he is feeling better.

It is great to read all of the lovely comments made about the staff. it appears that they have acted very professionally and made a great impression. I would be happy to apss these lovely comments on to the crews and their managers to let them know what a fantastic job they did if you would like? All I would need is the date/rough time and address that they attended and your fathers name. That would allow us to locate the job on the system and identify the crew. If you want for this to happen, you can email sas.feedback@nhs.scot and if you would be so kind as to also make reference to your CareOpinion username so if someone else in the team picks it up, they can easily link it to this story.
