"Horrible practice "

I’m absolutely disgusted with Stratford Village service. I have been registered with them from 2006 I believe, as well as my husband and daughter.

I’m lucky to be healthy person so I don’t use GP help very often.

Actually getting help from this practice is always almost impossible. You have to wait for your appointment many days usually weeks.

Today morning I woke up with massive pain in my hip making every movement extremely painful.I can’t walk, sit or even lay down without pain.

I call GP to ask for advice. To ask if I have to visit doctors or maybe I can try to help myself with some kind of medication (ibuprofen doesn’t work).

I didn’t get any advice instead I have been told that I had been deregister 5 year ago because I’m not active enough.

I can’t express how angry and disappointed I am.

I never received any letters or phone calls from them. My husband and daughter are still register even if they are also lucky to be “not active”! What does that even means “not active”?!!!

I will of course deregister all my family from this useless practice.

I’m a tax payer and I’m trying to use NHS as less as possible because I understand they are busy especially now.

But to find out that I’m deregister only because I’m not visiting them often is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.
