I was admitted for 8 days to Arrowe Park via the A&E Dept with severe abdominal pains, vomiting and high blood pressure & abnormal pulse. I was then moved onto SEU then to Ward 20 after that, the care I received throughout my stay by all of the staff in A&E and the two wards I went to afterwards was nothing short of spectacular, considering the strain that the NHS is currently under due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
The dedication and professionalism of the clinicians, nurses, carers and support staff was nothing short of amazing throughout - I witnessed real compassion from the very overworked staff throughout my stay, which reinforces my long held view that 'our NHS' is a truly wonderful national treasure that we should all be immensely proud of.
Well done Arrowe Park and thank you all so much for looking after me in my time of need.
