Massive thank you to the lovely ladies in the physio department at Wishaw General yesterday. ( I believe it was Rachel  & Kirsty)

I am currently 29 weeks with baby number 2 and was really struggling with lower back/bum leg pain. 

I have never been to physio before so wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. 

They were incredible, a complete credit to the NHS!

I felt so comfortable and they listened, gave me so much support and guidance going forward and for after baby. I learned exactly what was wrong and why and honestly couldn’t thank them enough.
