"Above and beyond surgery "

Called to book COVID vaccination it was all explained as to why I needed to attend a different place but staff from my surgery would be there .I felt more confident then on attending a different place in knowledge staff from groby road would be on sight.receptionists are so kind I got a call day before advising which staff was going to be there .they are aware of how difficult it was for me to attend a place unknown to me. This put my mind at ease .on the day on arrival receptionist was friendly kind and very caring .she helped me to stay as calm as I could whilst waiting my son was allowed to attend with me which was of great help it all went very smoothly a short wait and into have vaccine nurse was very supportive and understanding.it was agreed that I could wait outside for the 15 minutes with my son and a volunteer whom was so lovely she was friendly and caring.the surgery manager was there taking people into room for vaccine he was very friendly and approachable.the whole process was done very well myself and my son was extremely impressed with every aspect from arriving to having vaccine and waiting afterwards.id like to say thank you to all of you for helping us through this horrible pandemic your all amazing people
