"Convenient for me"

I use the day treatment units have my blood transfusion and I am very grateful to have such a well-run and caring unit in which to have my treatment. All of the nurses are very kind and caring towards me which makes it a pleasure for me to sit and enjoy being there passing the time talking to them and my fellow patients whenever I am being attended to it is done with care and consideration making it obvious that their patients’ needs are always put first.

The room used is always spotlessly clean by the staff at the hospital and the room temperature is kept at a comfortable level in the chairs that we sitting very comfortable.

My only thought for improvement would be that at the moment the windows have been covered with a privacy film to give us privacy but the ones used also prevent us being able to look out, it would have been nice if the type of film that does let us look out had been used. The only other thought would be for the lighting while it is adequate to relax in it seems to me that the nurses could do with more light when they are attending to us.

The unit is very convenient for patients like me to use so I am very grateful for its existence and hope that it may continue in the future.
