"First class care"

About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as a service user),

Came in, got taken early. Was fully informed of procedure - embolization - fitted expertly with cannula and walked down to theatre. Expertly and warmly treated and supported throughout. Good humour and first class care. Thanks very much to both doctors who carried out procedure - recovering nicely no complications. Special thanks to Catherine in theatre for encouragement and support and to Allison and Bobby and Cerys and Michelle and the nurse who made a brilliant cup of tea and an egg sandwich.
