"Covid Vaccine at allergy clinic"

About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as the patient),

I was unable to book at South Lake centre due to not being suitable for Pfizer vaccine. The staff at the local call centre went above and beyond to get me an appointment at Craigavon Area Hospital. The nurse Olivia who phoned me was so caring and professional and had such a friendly voice that she immediately put me at ease. When I went for my vaccine I had the privilege of meeting Olivia and I can’t compliment her enough.

The whole team was excellent. The nurse who injected me was very professional and caring too and very reassuring. I’d previously had severe anaphylaxis so was a little apprehensive.

All in all my experience was brilliant and I look forward to attending for my second jab!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience of receiving your COVID vaccine at Craigavon Area Hospital.

I have personally shared your lovely comments with Olivia - she was so humbled to receive them. I have also shared your comments with the Vaccination Team. who were also delighted.
