On the phone for 45mins before I could speak to reception. The call was regarding the covid vaccine for my father who is in the 55+ bracket and I was told that the 55+ phase will be weeks ahead from now. She was very unhelpful and was unable to answer my question why this surgery isn’t in the same phase as others in the area, and she then proceeded to insist that my mother must have underlying health conditions, which she does, due to the fact she has received her vaccine from another surgery already. (She is in the same phase as my father)
My father also had no letter offering him the flu vaccine.
