I wanted to give you and your team some feedback on my recent visit to Northwick Park's A and E department and Surgical Assessment Unit.

I was extremely impressed by the way all the staff took care of me during my visit. From the prompt attention I recieved for my acute hearing loss in A and E. The care and attention to detail of all who made decisions about my condition.

I was subsequently seen on level four of the SAU by an excellent staff nurse and a superb ENT doctor called Jack. Elizabeth a very kindly caring lady made me an excellent cup of coffee and was extremely kind to me in every way possible.

I left with a prescription greatly reassured and await further care.

Thank you to all of your team who were with me on that Tuesday.

It was great to hear that you were so well looked after from start to finish and that the cup of coffee was also to a high standard.
