(as a service user),

after struggling for over 25 years with drugs and alcohol I came into recovery for the 3rd time, This time was different I wanted it I was a broken man inclusion opened their arms and grabbed me I felt part of a family and started my recovery journey doing groups and regular 1-1 recovery sessions since then I have been clean and sober to date 2 years 5 months. inclusion IOW will always have a place in my heart alongside the lovely team and service users.

I would like to start by thanking you for taking the time to give us feedback about our service. We are really pleased that you have had a positive experience as part of your treatment journey and it sounds as if you have found us to be supportive and easy to access.

It sounds like you have been on quite a journey and we are pleased to have been part of that journey, congratulations on your 2 years and 5 months as this is amazing and shows that you determination and hard work has paid off.
