(as the patient),

My rehab for my health treatment copd, was run over a 6 week period, at my home, the two Nurses that conducted the course, were very efficient at what they have taught me, & also very enjoyable, thank you Neil and Tracey for all you have done for me & I will be carrying on with the exercises
