During covid expected online resources such as booking to be utilised this has not happened.
Even before covid
They did not correctly utilise online booking
A lot of surgery's are relying on online booking to the majority.
Why is the surgery not doing this?
Over 100 calls this morning from 0800 trying to get through.
This is not a surgery if you work or care meaning you can't be constantly pressing redial.
Please update your system
It's so ableist expecting the telephone number to be the best.
Especially with no hold system making people ring up and jam the lines.
Always in a rush to get you off the phone.
"Impossible to book an appointment"
