"Unacceptable "

This surgery used to be good but is now just plain obstructive. Access to appointments is difficult. Restrictions imposed by the Covid crisis have made access for those with mobility problems almost impossible. On occasions patients have been left standing outside in snow storms. Two weeks after major surgery I am still expected to stand outside and wait for basic nursing care.
