"It is about getting into a routine"

About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as a service user),

It is about getting into a routine about 'social drinking' gradually making habits.

The situation was gradually impacting one without the realisation of  the gradual impact. Recovery, (M) helped a great deal in getting into a more of reality. Very grateful for the empathetic support.
