Before the covid 19 pandemic, I received excellent support and service, however since the pandemic started, the service provided is sadly lacking. Compared to the experience of friends & relatives in surrounding areas, by comparison, the GP service falls well short. I have a current issue with prescription errors and despite calling twice to ask for this to be corrected and writing 2 letters, this issue remains unresolved. I am concerned that my medical records may not reflect the current health conditions for which I require regular medication, if this is omitted from the repeat request.
