I would like to thank the staff in the haematology department in Altnagelvin Hospital, especially Mr Elder and Dr Carolina. I think this is a very efficient department and I felt that I was given the time to explain how I was feeling and that I was listened to. I am very thankful for the thorough investigation/treatment I received.
