"Shambles"

About: The Dekeyser Group Practice

My son was due his 12 my immunisations. After being on hold for more than an hour I got through to book it and was told they arent doing them due to the vaccinations. I tried again the following week and couldn't get through. I tried again the day later and got put in a hold queue. After 20 mins I got through and was told there wasn't any appointments but they do do them so to call back. Again I called back the following week and had to wait for over an hour. My son was now 13 months old. I got an appointment for 2 weeks later. I arrived for the appointment today first to be told the person doing them is off ill and then was told that no appointment had been made. Whoever booking it had made some sort of mistake.

Absolutely diabolitic and a waste of half a day's annual leave. I now need to reschedule my sons nursery days again and book time off work.
