"Diagnosed with aggressive cancer"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Clinical haematology Palliative Care / Community Macmillan, Rushcliffe

(as a service user),

Saw GP in January. Had QMC appointment in April cancelled and reinstated for August by which time was advised my cancer was terminal.

I wasn’t v sick and ill in September. Lost over 2 stone and into A&E twice before finally getting a liver biopsy which found it was aggressive lymphoma and treatable.

Started chemotherapy in October. It’s been a rough ride.
