"Very professional "

I called for an appointment at 8 am this morning, within 30 minutes the GP called me. He was extremely professional, kind and compassionate. He asked me in detail about my issue and asked me about my worries. I could tell he really cares about his job and he was very thorough with the telephone consultation. He asked me about how I felt and what I would like going forward which I really appreciated. I am booked in for a face to face review tomorrow. We are so often to critique people’s practice but I can truly say this GP was wonderful with me and he deserves to be praised.
