"A big thank you"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I went into Endoscopy on Saturday morning for a colonoscopy. I was really nervous but from the receptionist who I first spoke to Michelle that admitted me and explained what will be happening to me, she talked me through everything asked me if I had any questions but nothing was too much bother. I then went through to the endoscopy room where I met 2 other nurses one was SN Barbour and I'm afraid I can't remember the Endoscopist and the other SN but they were amazing put me at ease. SN Barbour held my hand through the whole process and made me feel so relaxed and the Endoscopist told me everything she was doing at every stage and told me what she was looking for they are a totally amazing group of women. So I would like to say a big thank you to these lovely people.

Thank you for sharing your comments on Care Opinion following your Endoscopy at the VHK.
It's so nice to hear how the staff helped make this a positive experience for you, putting you at ease and explaining the procedure.

I will be sure to pass on your kind comments to all the staff icluding Rhona who was on reception.

Hope you recovered well!

Many Thanks
