"My trip to the Emergency Room"

I was very distressed & upset when I called 999, the operator was pretty rude to me which made me even more anxious. I hung up & called 111 & from that moment on I can only say the care & compassion I received was outstanding. The paramedics arrived within 10-15 mins & took me to Kings Mill, I was seen by a nurse & had bloods taken & then the Doctor came in to asses me & I've never come across such a caring Doctor who really put me at ease & showed me such compassion. I don’t remember their name as I wasn’t in a fit state to take note, but if my feedback could ever be passed on to the team working at the emergency dept I would be most grateful, this Doctor really made a difference to my life when I was in a time of distress. The nurses who attended to were all very kind to me & I would like to say a big thank you to the service for the treatment I received.
