"Not fit for purpose"

About: The Gateway Medical Practice

It's easier getting an audience with the pope than even getting somebody to speak to on the phone. Ever since the surgeries "merged" it has gone from brilliant to awful. Most times i just don't bother anymore. It's sad to see our great NHS going down the tubes like this. One only needs to speak to the staff to see how morale has fallen.
