"Dentaline"

(as a service user),

I have a hole in my tooth which today has suddenly caused me a massive amount of pain preventing me from eating or drinking. I tried to call various  dental practices to get seen, but no one could see me. I spoke to 111 who recommended Dentaline. I waited on hold for an hour for them to answer the phone. When they did answer it felt like they didn't even ask what was wrong. Instead they asked me 2 questions and from there decided I wasn't eligible, After I explained the situation and the pain I was experiencing.   They said to me I should still be able to eat and drink.  When I said I can't because of the pain, they said its fine you can and then argued with me about how much pain I was in and refused to see me!  I feel like it was a waste of time!
