(as the patient),

I want to thank the paramedics who visited me and took me to hospital and also the team at Inverclyde A& E who then treated me. Everyone I encountered was extremely professional, calm, knowledgeable, friendly and kind and their treatment of me was   greatly appreciated especially since I’d never been in hospital before and had no idea what to expect.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Careopinion. I am so sorry to read that you had reason to use our services and those of the wider NHS in Scotland. I hope that you are feeling better and on the road to a full recovery.

It is however great to read such lovely comments in regards to the staff who cared for you, particularly for me our crew that attended. If you would like, I can arrange for your comments to be passed on to the crews and their manager to let them know what a great job they did. Thank you for sharing your experience and your very king comments about the staff in the Emergency Department at Inverclyde, which they were delighted to receive. The ED staff take their caring responsibilities very seriously and it has been reassuring for them to know that you felt so well supported during what must have been a very worrying time.
