"FaceTime call with my mother on 1 North"

(as a relative),

Having made a preliminary request for a FaceTime call to happen via the Virtual Visiting Team at Craigavon Area Hospital..I was swiftly replied to by the lovely Sylvia. Provision had already been made to accommodate my request and I was informed that the lovely Dominick would facilitate this the same day around 6...6pm exactly, the call was successful. I’m suitably impressed with, not only the manner to which my request was handled, but also the speed at which it was delivered! A great job done by all at Craigavon Area Hospital Virtual Visiting Team..I shall most definitely by using this facility again within the incoming week! I couldn’t recommend it enough. Well Done Team!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the new Virtual Visiting Service in Southern Health and Social Services Trust. We recognise how difficult it is for families at the minute with the restricted visiting guidelines in place due to Covid 19. This new service has been established to try to support families and patients during this time. I am really pleased to see that you got through to our Virtual Visiting Scheduler Sylvia with ease. It is so reassuring to read also that Dominik our Virtual Visiting Officer was able to facilitate the Virtual Visit and that you recommend our service so highly. I have shared this story with the team and they are delighted with your lovely comments. We look forward to you using our service again.
