"Non existent communication "

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

Wife had to go into the unit for an operation on her leg, from the start the ability of the medical teams and the administration to communicate effectively with themselves or the patient was completely lacking.

7 hours after leaving theatre we finally find out that an over night stay will be needed, something never mentioned prior to this point. No night clothes, personal items brought to the hospital, and no communication to the patient which could have resolved the problem.

Very very poor and so easy to be better.

If only the admin was as good as the medical care!
