"Practice lost identity"

About: Newport Health Centre

Carisbooke surgery was a superb service and a outstanding team from reception to the doctors within/nurses etc.unfortunately when it merged with Pyle street the service/doctors/nurses that were introduced new to patients has destroyed what was a caring well organised team. The merge was supposed to better the services within the practices.Time has shown this not to be true regardless of the pandemic situation. So many people I know feel the same. Please return carisbrooke surgery/Pyle street surgery back to their relevant locations,to care for their patients and not to be run like a business With patients treated like a number and not cared for as poorly individual sick patients and treatments.please, please here this message for the sake of all patients instead of the destruction of the health care system as a whole.

I am sorry you feel this way unfortunately we cant turn the clock back we are trying hard to run service that meets everyone's needs, with Covid we have had to work in a completely new way we do hope as we come out of the pandemic we will be able to move to a better service which needs peoples needs.
