About: Euxton Hall Hospital

In September 2020 I was told I needed an MRI. I had one booked for November but this has to be cancelled as they needed to check with GP that it was safe to go ahead. It took until February 2021 for them to get the letter from my GP. I was then called by Euxton Hall and told they could book my MRI, but then changed their mind and told they needed to get their doctor to sign off my GP letter. That was 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing since. They never answer the phone, they rarely respond to voicemail messages. It’s very frustrating and a real shame given the amazing care I received a year earlier.
