(as a carer),

I got my vaccination yesterday. First of all, I didn't expect the car park to be so far from vaccination centre and I was surprised that there was a temporary pathway for people going in both directions which was about a meter wide so it was impossible to social distance.

Also, once in the centre the queues weren't snaking like you'd get in a bank, but all facing forward so I had to walk between 2 queues to get the end of line, again social distancing was impossible. Similar with waiting 15mins after I got injection. Otherwise, all went smoothly.

Thank you for sharing your story.

We have made a number of changes based on user feedback to date.

We will certainly review the points that you make re: queueing and pathway to the Vaccination Centre. The route to the centre is currently being worked on which should add to our walkway options and support our social distancing which you rightly highlight is impacted by the narrow temporary footway.

We have dedicated the closest carparking facilities to service users attending for vaccine, however, I do take your point that the closest parking is not right at the Vaccination Centre.

We will continue to review and optimise as we listen to user feedback. I will post and update to your story to share upcoming changes planne dand made.
