"Disappointing Experience"

I visited this practise for an ENT appointment. The consultant I saw had a very dismissive attitude. He seemed to be in a rush to conclude the appointment as quickly as possible and did not make eye contact with me whilst speaking. I feel this appointment was a utter waste of time as I have left without a satisfactory explanation nor a diagnoses of my ongoing problem. The information I was given could have been discussed over the telephone. I have left feeling no better off than I was before. I will be contacting my own GP practise on Monday to inform them and to advise them I do not wish to deal with this practice in the future.
