I attended the children ED yesterday evening with my 5 year old son who had a head injury.

We were seen quickly and the 2 nurses who triaged him were kind and caring towards him and very thorough in their examination. After a short wait we were seen by a doctor who again was kind and caring towards my son while thoroughly examining him in a kid friendly way. Unsure of something she asked another doctor to also check him over and then we were on our way!

The most super staff, well run, safe and all care given in a way that a young child could understand and participate in.

I don't plan on having many trips to hospital but I am glad that we have Frimley Park and their amazing team when we do need to.

We are so pleased you and your son had such great service from Frimley Parks ED, and we also hope you do not need to visit us again, but if you do I am sure you will receive excellent service again. I hope your son is looking forward to starting school and seeing all his friends.
