(as a service user),

I was referred to the community occupational therapy team, part of Bromley Healthcare, and was very fortunate to be under the care of Occupational Therapist Carla.

She supported me in my recovery from long-Covid, which left me very fatigued and unable to carry out daily activities without pain and difficulty. Carla provided me with practical solutions to help me with bathing, cooking and mobility.

I was feeling very low as I couldn’t do so many activities that previously prior to my illness, I took for granted. Most importantly, Carla listened and supported me to get more mobile and reassured me when I was hit with frequent relapses.
