Dear Traypea,

Thank you ever so much for leaving a comment about how you found therapy sessions.

I am very pleased to hear that you are starting to feel better and more positive since finishing your sessions. I think it is important to remember that therapy is a first step in most people's journeys and much more progress can be continued to be made following sessions.

I do hope that your sessions provided you with the space to explore what brought you to therapy and showed you the tools that you can now use for the future.

It sounds as though you had a positive experience with your therapy which is brilliant. We wish you the very best of luck for the future.

Take care.

Jade
