I can’t believe I’m reading these poor reviews. A few years back when I rarely used the practice I found the booking system frustrating. Unfortunately having recently used the practice a number of occasions for different reasons I cannot fault the system. Everything requested has been fulfilled. Staff are always polite and helpful. Doctors have carried consultations the quickest method including via video call followed by physical visit. And all when the NHS are under extreme pressure.
