"Unprofessional "

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I was supposed to have a phone consultation on 24/02/2021 @ 15:35 with the Gastroentorology department and I was not called back. I tried calling as I have the direct number and no one picked up. I tried also through switchboard but no avail. I find this very unprofessional. I understand that there is a pandemic going on but there is no excuse for the department not to called especially they scheduled it
