"Amazing Practice"

About: Whitstable Medical Practice

I attended the emergency drop in with a swollen hand having been bitten by my cat. I saw seen very quickly and was prescribed antibiotics. The practitioner who saw me perceived I was upset and I burst into tears saying I had experienced 3 bereavements in just over 5 months and also I had been having nose bleeds. I was treated with compassion and given time to talk. I was seen by a doctor who checked out my nose bleeds and my own GP contacted me offering bereavement counselling. I received as usual an holistic service which considering the covid crisis was exceptional. Their covid vaccination clinic is run efficiently and smoothly with staff and volunteers being helpful and cheerful. I attended on the 30th January when it was pouring with rain and was met with smiles and cheerfulness. I do not hesitant to recommend this service.
